ABOUT YOU: Oh, I'm bad at intros, especially since I've been, uh, Not Well the last month (I'm slowly starting to feel better though, but I'm still very scatterbrained, attention span of a flea, etc). Let's see, I'm in EST, I usually tag in the afternoon/evening/night. I love books and video games and a whole bunch of stuff. The Raven Cycle, of course, Marvel, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts. I have a stack of books tbr that's probably almost as tall as I am, if I put them all in one stack. I'm also excited to be here and looking forward to shenanigans :3

ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Noah is a delight. Sweet and cute and all around a good friend. He's also been a ghost for seven years since he was murdered at 17, so having a real body again is going to throw him for a loop. He's sort of shy/awkward/nervous when he first meets people but if he warms up to you, god help you, he will talk your ear off at some point or another.

Welcome Nic! I'm Daily and I only play this guy here, who is a werewolf and sharpshooter.. without his guns currently. Ethan has a complicated view on death, as he thinks he should have died a long time ago and has nommed on a lot of people unwillingly as a werewolf. He's gone into big brother mode with a few of the younger residents and I could see the same thing happening if these two meet up.

ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Here's another Patron Librarian to The City... Back in his home world, Chesed was in charge of keeping the Floor of Social Sciences in order. He's pretty laid back and enjoys meeting new people! The thing about his old job is, while he did get to meet all sorts of people, it also involved murder!! uhhhhh turning them into books. So there wasn't really much conversation to be had, but if he had his way, Chesed's all about learning about others and generally wants everyone to get along. Come here, sit down, prop your feet up as he tries to figure out what flavor of coffee and which blend best suits your tastes... There's a cup of coffee for every person out there... He speaks with a tilde sometimes. I'm sorry. He can be a little passive aggressive too but for the most part Chesed behaves!

ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Muriel is a Junior Recording Angel (37th Order Class Scrivener!) at the absolute rock-bottom of Heaven's angelic hierarchy, and they have spent the last 6000+ years working alone in an office, doing paperwork and filing things. They're very excited to be on Earth for a change, and also very, very bad at passing for a human, since they haven't been planetside for very long. Muriel is basically a golden retriever in a police helmet, they are happy to be here, they are very anxious about their bosses being upset with them, and they are doin' their best!

CR YOU WANT: Literally anything! I know that's pretty broad, but Muriel is a ray of sunshine who is so happy to talk to other people that they would have a hard time actually disliking anyone. Friends, de-facto older sibs, people who can teach them How to Human Properly, and anyone who could pick up on angelic vibes are extremely welcome!

Oh, also! I'm not sure how this would come out, but if Muriel ever mentions that they've spent the last 6000 years alone in the world's worst open office, only speaking to other people once every few centuries when they need something, someone please tell them 'hey, that's kind of fucked up'!

CR YOU DON'T WANT: Nothing shippy please, though I don't think it'd come up anyway.

PLOTTING & PLANS: Nothing big, but Muriel is going to ditch the police officer outfit now that people have actually been mistaking them for a police officer, and at some point they're going to give in and finally admit that they're an angel, because lying is really, really hard, and it doesn't seem to be such a big deal here anyway. Their bosses in Heaven will not be happy with them, but... that's a problem for Future Muriel.

I'd also like to get them involved with bookshop stuff (they're a Scrivener, recording information is what they do best!) and at some point, they have to check out the art museum!

HANDWAVED CR: I'm down for handwaving CR! As far as hobbies and haunts go, Muriel hasn't quite gotten the hang of concepts like 'eating', 'drinking', and 'sleeping' yet, so they spend a lot of time in restaurants and cafes, getting like... biscuits and tea, and then just staring at the food for unsettlingly long periods of time. They also really like wandering the city at night, when it's quiet, and then just having naps in random places whenever they get tired. Hell, I'm not sure if Muriel's even settled down and claimed an apartment yet.

He's spent the past decade truly catching up with the 'modern' age (as modern as the 80's can be) and thirsts for everything humanity and the mortal realm can offer. Armand is well read, well travelled and a patron of the arts and music. He loves movies and TV, is obsessed with clothing and fashion and spends an inordinate amount of time rearranging the spaces around him.

So potentially his current CR OR someone new if you wanna deal with a small panic attack and crisis 8'D

HANDWAVED CR: Armand is helping out with the Welcome Diner during the night and full intends to work there once it's up and running. ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Spunky, fiery, feisty Faerie of Paradise who's basically a lead role in an Arthurian legend AU where things are much worse all the time. She's a stepford smiler, resigned to her fate, and mostly just doing her best.

She has magic, but that mostly manifests in her creating bombs because she's that sort of person. Don't worry about it.

Altria is a Faerie of Paradise, which mostly means she can see through lies. By default, I'm assuming she won't be able to do so to your character, so if you're not interested, don't worry, you're all set! But if you ever want her to be able to see through any lies or intentions, good or bad, please visit her permissions over here. Thanks!

CR YOU WANT: Cop-out answer, I know, but--everything, of course! She (and I) just got here, so absolutely anything at all will be exciting and new. Here are a few general ideas, but seriously, hit me up with anything:

- Friends: Of course! She hasn't really ever had friends before the happenings of canon, so... she's going to really treasure any friendships she can make here
- Rivals: Altria's pretty hot-headed when she meets people who she butts heads with, but she also tends to love those sorts of people dearly. Anyone who'll give her push-back is absolutely a plus
- Found Family: of any kind! I'm a sucker for it. She won't know what to do with it. It's a win-win.
- People Who Will Give Tasks: That's long-winded, but I mean to say that she's used to being asked for things and will give with all of her heart. It could be a good springboard for new CR!
- Tsuns/Solemns/Hermits: Let the genki drag you around, she will do it, she's oblivious and impulsive

ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Say hi to the greatest tsundere of Genshin Impact. The Wanderer is very rude on the surface but it's just because he's used to being rude. He prefers to show his care through actions (but he'll never acknowledge that's what he's doing, and don't call him out on it either if you don't want to be cussed out ;) ). He's an Anemo Vision user, so he has wind powers! Most noticeably, he can fly!! Unfortunately the City has nerfed his Vision to oblivion, so he big mad. He doesn't really have powers without his Vision, so here he's just kind of a normal guy.

Wanderer isn't his name, by the way, nor is it a title. He's just a nameless drifter who goes by whatever aliases people have given to him, such as Hat Guy. He's given a name by the Player at some point though. In this case, his given name is Yuu. (I'm on a quest to get as many people as possible to give him a random name/alias because he refuses to share his real name)

The Wanderer is a divine puppet, not a human. So while he resembles a human, his body is much more resilient, is not flesh-based so he's immune to poisons, and he doesn't need any sort of sustenance to survive. Other than that though, he's not that much different to the average person.

Oh. Also, I should mention that he is canonically stated to be beautiful. There's no reason for me to tell you other than I just want you to know.

ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Mr. Chandler here is an angsty sharpshooter who acts tough, cocky and distant but is really kind on the inside. Saying he has been through some truly messed up things is an understatement and they're graphic so I'm not going to list them here. Either way! His carefully crafted stage persona masks his internal suffering, which he also tries to tame through drinking, and he is not the type of person who would let just anyone in. While not typically wearing his heart on his sleeve, though he can, it's easy enough to read him if you look at his eyes. He is a southern gentleman through and through, complete with the drawl, flirtations and outfit to match what one might expect a gunslinger from the west to wear. He's intolerant of those who step on the backs of people weaker than them, and it is one of the quickest ways for him to lose his temper.

He also has a tiny secret—he is a werewolf and, on the night of the full moon, he can't control his transformation. He loses his ability to think rationally and gives into the beast, so once a month he will be terrorizing the streets of the City. Bites/scratches will not turn a character and his nerf down to 20% ensures no one will die if they run into him. Bork. He often "blacks out" after so, if he remembers anything at all, it's only bits and pieces.

CR YOU WANT: I'm going to be one of those and say I'm up for any and all CR, I don't have any specifics in mind. I've slowly been trying to build up his core CR group for the last month and a half so I'm aiming to start jumping on someone new, especially since some of his CR has left the game. Ethan is the type of person who looks out for people, even if they're vampires (who he dislikes for personal reasons), he left blood bottles for Armand after stabbing him. He's incredibly annoyed that this place is holding the teenagers "hostage" so, whether they like it or not, he will big brother at them if they do anything especially stupid.

I'd also kill for him to meet another werewolf because he would thoroughly pick their brain in an attempt to figure out how he might control himself during the full moon. Bonus points if it's Twilight so he can comment on shirtless werewolves.

PLOTTING & PLANS: YES. At the end of November, on the 27th, Ethan will be going on his first rampage. Dorian has been tying him up to keep him from attacking people when he goes wolfy but, this time around, he's intentionally leaving the ropes loose to help Ethan realize he shouldn't be afraid of escaping -- which is going to backfire, of course. Thus far he's going to be going after several people that I've already hit up ahead of time but I wouldn't mind an extra straggler or two, even if we have no previous CR. Due to the nerf, and the muzzle he'll be struggling with for a bit, he won't be killing anyone -- think something like a dog attack. He doesn't talk or really emote anything other than rage when he's transformed short of a lot of snarling and growling. Vanessa is literally the only person he won't attack in the city, she's got those creepy magic eyes, so she is base.

He used to have more of a problem with drugs and alcohol than he does now, but it's still liable to come up with him, so definitely let me know if you'd prefer not to interact/to keep it to a minimum! At home he's the Patron Librarian of the Floor of Art, and has been getting into art here a little more! He has spent every day since then trying to experience as much as possible, in as many ways as he can. Unfortunately, an immortal life loses meaning after a while, and he's found it more and more difficult to feel anything. Art, music, orchids, reckless hedonism, more reckless hedonism, masochism, a brief flirtation with the idea of world domination, anything goes. He's a manipulative sonuvabitch and has committed multiple murders for reasons ranging from "it's okay if it's a person even worse than I am" to "eh, I just hated him all of a sudden." Even so, he's actually pretty egalitarian, being a privileged sort of Victorian queer who has seen too much shit to care about fake social hierarchies. The only social hierarchy that really mattered to him was that immortal people are obviously superior to mortals. Gonna freak him out that he's here without his portrait, so he's mortal himself.

ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Former asshole city magistrate who pissed off the wrong people, got beaten nearly to death, and was then revived/turned into a vampire spawn by actual vampire Cazador Szarr. He spent 200 years as Cazador’s mind-controlled plaything and slave, but just recently got abducted by aliens mindflayers who inadvertently freed him from Cazador’s control. So now he’s a partially-amnesiac asshole with a shitton of trauma and a burning desire for vengeance. Fun!

As a vampire spawn, Astarion has to drink blood just like a real vampire, but without any of the cool powers :( He also can’t turn anyone else into a vampire, so no one has to worry about him being patient zero of an undead plague any time soon!

PLOTTING & PLANS: OKAY SO. In October, Astarion miiight've gotten a little drunk after a bad time at the Halloween party and subsequently made the mistake of feeding on one Peter Graham on his way home. Unbeknownst to him, Peter is quite cherished by powerful sorceress and death goddess Vanessa Ives, who will be reacting by [checks notes] psychically torturing Astarion for the rest of the month with hallucinations of Cazador and his past victims, nightmares about being buried alive, and random attacks of agony including feeling like someone is recarving the scars into his back, culminating in convincing him that Cazador is in the City and calling him back into service at the end of the month. Needless to say, Astarion is not going to be handling any of this extremely well. I'll likely put up an open log of prompts of our vampire Going Through It, but in case anyone would like to do some plotting in advance, these will likely involve:

- Astarion looking a bit bloodied and confused in the greenhouse/poison garden after following a vision there and getting cut up by some of the bloodthirsty plants (part of Vanessa's plan to acquire his blood for more effective torture).

- Astarion reacting to someone who isn't there while out and about. These reactions could range from fairly mild (stopping and staring in bewilderment/fear) to more severe (fleeing, lashing out, cowering, or falling to his knees).

- Astarion reacting to random attacks of pain, ranging from simply looking uncomfortable and stressed, to falling to the ground writhing in agony.

- Astarion wandering around at night dissociating due to nightmares/hallucinations.

Personality

Usagi's a really kind and pure girl who will literally offer you the clothes on her back if she feels you need it more. She's extremely warm and friendly and is extremely loyal. She's a little on the clumsy side (read: a lot) and is prone to klutz attacks. She's not entirely too smart academically, but can apply herself should the situation calls for it. She's terrible at cooking except for one (1) dish, which she learned after much painstaking effort, and that is curry. She loves to eat (especially desserts, with ice cream and cake taking first and second place on her list of desserts that any shops MUST have,) and will likely be seen eating snacks whenever and wherever.

Series

Usagi gets sought out by Luna, one of the advisors of the moon kingdom, to become the superhero Sailor Moon in order to find the moon princess. Along the way, she recruits other guardians to fight bad guys with and eventually is revealed to be the moon princess they've been searching for. She also discovers that she's the future sovereign of the earth, and finds out that she will have one (1) daughter with her boyfriend in the far future. Throughout the whole series, she spends her time guarding the Most Powerful Gemstone In The Universe™, the Silver Crystal and uses powers of love to fight every major bad guy in every arc, except the last arc where she sacrifices herself to purify the Entire Universe. Then she revives, breathes life into every single person ever killed in the last arc, and then lives happily ever after. She's not really all that smart academically, but she's really, really good at throwing the frisbee/discus and is good at making one dish and one dish ONLY, curry. Otherwise, she is a hazard in the kitchen, and an absolute klutz. She loves ice cream, cake, and hates the dentist. Good luck.

CR YOU WANT: Anything is fair game! I'd like some really cute interactions, go on friend dates to cake shops, and maybe develop some lasting friendships with her. I like platonic relationships for her rather than romantic ones (because she's got a fiancé) and found family is something I'd really want to pursue with her! I'm big on domestic CR!

PLOTTING & PLANS: Since she's new to the city, she'll probably be checking out the place, trying to find her accommodations in apartment buildings, and then will go about looking for restaurants. Since there is an ice cream parlour, you can bet that she will be spending a lot of time there because of her love for ice cream. Otherwise, she might visit the library, and the shopping mall. to look for things to decorate her apartment with.

HANDWAVED CR: Although stated above, I think it will be easier to just handwave the apartment search and instead go right into already having found an apartment. This will apply to the ice cream parlour too.

ABOUT YOU: Hiya! Been sick for the first half of the month and went on a trip for a few days, but now I'm back and ready to roll! On a typical month, I'm a medium to slow tagger. CR YOU WANT: Lately I've had a hankering for CR with scientist type characters, especially ones with a specialty in robotics, because I haven't gotten to explore that kind of CR with him very much. I'm basically down for anything though!

PLOTTING & PLANS: Winging it as usual! He's getting his (100% nerfed) dagger back soon, I think--I still need to submit a claim for it oops--but that's probably happening off-screen.
HANDWAVED CR: I'm cool with characters having seen him around (for a 7'7 robot he's kind of hard to miss) and hearing him talking or singing to himself. For more specific handwaved stuff, let's chat! He doesn't like to sit still for long so he's on the move as much as he can be (barring sleep, which is new to him; thanks City!) and while he has favourite apartments he likes to return to now, he hasn't picked any to settle in and continues to sleep in random ones some of the time. He's almost always patrolling because he wants to be the first to know if anything important happens RE: City changes, and he goes to the nicer bars every now and then to rest, dropping by at random times of the day or night when he feels like it because he prefers to maintain an unpredictable schedule.
