GUIDELINES.

Welcome to the November OOC Introduction & CR Building post! Use the form below to introduce yourself as well as your character(s) to the others in the game. Note that top levels can be for ALL players, new and existing, regardless of when you were accepted into the game.

Please note that the code can be tailored to your needs - feel free to remove anything you don’t wish to fill out! For example, existing players who do not have a new character for this round are welcome to remove introductory sections if they don't wish to re-introduce themselves and their characters.

ABOUT YOU: i want to take a nap and id love to sleep all day but i am constantly stopped by FOMO. but then i don't do anything anyway.... so here we are. also, im having a good time thinking about mustelids these days so if u got a good weasel/sable/otter/marten pic for me to cry over...... hmu. literally nothing will make me happier rn than to receive a bunch of those.

AGE: old lady (10,000+) in spirit and in mind, physically i'd say in her 30s. that's a reasonable guess.

ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: the patron~~izing~~ librarian of the floor of philosophy! she's in her retirement era, but she will stay in her lane and backseat drive because she's kind of insufferable and annoying like that. member of the big happy family of librarians that y'all might've met already, but her conditions are a little different than the others. a little too chill, perhaps. weird. an old sadist, definitely committed war crimes, and now she's out here having quaint little tea parties. what a kind and reassuring elder..

✦   first things first, its easy for people to dislike her, especially if they've grown familiar with the city that the lobco/ruinas/limbuses are from. i dont mind the consequences of that, and neither does she. she basically was one of the ones that perpetuated the conditions that caused people to get to This Point to begin with, so Not Positive CR is a definite possibility if yours gives a shit about any of them. like, it does require knowing who she was prior (either from any of the others who Know Her, or from herself), and what that Means, but. i'm open to it, jsyk.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: uuuhhhmmmm i don't really know, genuinely. because i think any curveballs out there would be kind of funny too. like, she almost seems mother hen-ish to her assistant librarians, so even that's possible.

PLOTTING & PLANS: i don't have any solid plans. she's new and while she loves discourse she's not going to actively stir the pot. probably. idk. show her boba tea and watch her go full math lady meme. put her in a situation. there's nothing funnier to me than forcing composed and poised characters in really dumb Situations(tm).

HANDWAVED CR: i don't mind if people encounter her in the wild. she'd likely be trying every goddamned teahouse in the city until she settles on one she likes the vibes of. you'll probably see her around the cemetery as well, staring at nonsensical words etched on a gravestone......... or being fucked up enough to dig a few of them out. sorry. curiosity. will that count as a crime. probably. maybe handcuffed binah in the future because the woman really was out here desecrating graves for science.

tbh i don't mind handwaving intros at all, just so we can get into the meat of further interactions. it could be anything from a meetcute (lmao) reaching for the same thing at the store, or maybe she's dozed off someplace. maybe its on your shoulder :) i'll make anything work, trust me. we can talk details.
