Welcome to the November OOC Introduction & CR Building post! Use the form below to introduce yourself as well as your character(s) to the others in the game. Note that top levels can be for ALL players, new and existing, regardless of when you were accepted into the game.
Please note that the code can be tailored to your needs - feel free to remove anything you don’t wish to fill out! For example, existing players who do not have a new character for this round are welcome to remove introductory sections if they don't wish to re-introduce themselves and their characters.

NAME & PRONOUNS: Kalyn

ABOUT YOU: hello hello! I’m on an EST schedule and currently work in a law firm. I try to do tags during my down time tbh. I like horror games, and mostly like to try just about anything that catches my eye. Currently it’s farming games and listening to DnD stuff and playing Baldur's Gate 3!
CHARACTERS: Miu Hinasaki from Fatal Frame V, and Ayana Amamoto from Caligula Effect: Overdose
IC INFORMATION.
Miu Hinasaki
AGE: 17 (tho 18 by now)
CANON: Fatal Frame V: Maiden of Black Water
CANON POINT: Final drop, after finding her mother
ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: "A girl searching for her missing mother. Going by rumors that a woman looking like her mother has been seen there, she heads to the infamous suicide spot Mt. Hikami and is spirited away. She has had a strong sixth sense since she was 3 years old, and can see ghosts, as well as the hearts of the people she touches, leading to those around her avoiding her. She's been raised with a great sense of isolation. She is currently a young, prospect-filled actress, pursuing a career in the entertainment industry by appearing in TV shows and doing gravure work.
She's also what's known as a yomiko/Shadowborn-- born "half-dead," she's the offspring of a living mother and a ghost father."

CR YOU WANT: Friends! Maybe eventually...a crush?? Miu doesn't know what to do with feelings and has varying worrying views on romance, so you know. That'd be fun! Or someone to get a crush on her, which she would have no idea what to do about.
But really I just like Miu interacting with people. Supernatural beings or people who can pick up on her not being quite human herself are a plus.
I also love throwing her at people who are dramatic by nature or tend to feel sorry for themselves, just for her to poke her head in like "hey are you done?" and throw them off. It cracks me up every time.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: I don't really have anything in mind.
PLOTTING & PLANS: Miu is Bored and therefore willing to do just about anything for funsies or just to see. Want someone to do a quick experiment on? Vampires in need of blood?? As long as Miu can play on her phone while it's going on, sure go for it.
HANDWAVED CR: Miu wanders around the graveyard and takes pictures with her new camera Often. And she's been trying to figure out how to develop them so likely she's been hanging around the camera shop a lot!

Ayana Amamoto
AGE: 27, but she's currently in the body of her 17y/o self.
CANON: The Caligula Effect: Overdose
CANON POINT: Post-Shadow Knife fight
ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Ayana used to be an idol until a terrible accident made her fear of men skyrocket to astronomical proportions. She's terrified of men, to the point that her typical reaction is to shove/punch them away and then run screaming from them.
She ended up stuck in a Virtual Reality called Mobius, overseen by a vocaloid Virtudoll named Mu. While at first Ayana saw everyone as women and was happy to be brainwashed and living in a women-utopia, going to perpetual high school, she started to remember things from her real life that caused her perception of the world to break and show it for what it really was. Since then she's joined the Go-Home Club to find a way to break out of Mobius and get back to the real world.
She's also been trying to get over her fear of men and HAS toned it back some by the point she's at in the story, and IS getting over her initial "hit and run screaming" reaction (though there's no guarantees if men get too close), but she's still terrified of them.

CR YOU WANT: Women!! Ayana is super kind and sweet and fun w/women, it's only when men are around/brought up that it's like a switch flipping. THAT SAID, I would be genuinely interested in her forming tentative friendships with men and slowly getting used to them/getting better about them. She is NEVER going to be fully accepting of them and will still be freaked out, but I'd like to work on her fear.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: I'd be okay with a romance, buuutt only with women. Ayana will like get lil crushes on any age-appropriate woman she hangs around, but I'm not interested in shipping her w/men.

HANDWAVED CR: I have absolutely nothing, HOWEVER if anyone wants to handwave that Ayana shoved/punched their male characters at the train station and ran screaming from them or something, I'm okay with it. Ayana herself will hardly remember the aces of it so it doesn't matter lol.
Male character: You shoved me down and ran away screaming! It really hurt me!!
Ayana: For me it was a tuesday.

She'd be SO SUS because unfortunately that's just how Ayana is but at least even if she did hit him it probably...?? wouldn't hurt him?? she'll reign in the violent tendencies. Hopefully.
