GUIDELINES.
Welcome to the December OOC Introduction & CR Building post! Use the form below to introduce yourself as well as your character(s) to the others in the game. Note that top levels can be for ALL players, new and existing, regardless of when you were accepted into the game.
Please note that the code can be tailored to your needs - feel free to remove anything you don’t wish to fill out! For example, existing players who do not have a new character for this round are welcome to remove introductory sections if they don't wish to re-introduce themselves and their characters.

NAME & PRONOUNS: How should we refer to you, the player?

CANON POINT: For episodic media, include an episode or chapter number if not taking your character from the end. If your canon point is a major spoiler, please use a spoiler tag such as EXAMPLE.
ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: Give a brief introduction about your character, any notable abilities, etc.

THANCRED WATERS
AGE: Early 30s! His birthday was just last month.
CANON: Final Fantasy XIV
CANON POINT: The end of garden variety 6.0, Endwalker.
YOSHI-P WHEN WILL YOU LET ME SEE MY BOY AGAIN! WHEN!!!ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER:
With his adventures temporarily at an end on account of the universe successfully being saved, he's now trying to figure out what normal people do with the rest of their lives. To begin with, he's become a car owner and recently worked at one of the food stations at prom.

CR YOU WANT:
Thancred right now is on a trajectory of figuring out what his life and future look like when the world isn't right on the verge of a catastrophic apocalypse and he and his friends aren't needed to go Save Everyone And Everything™, which is lending itself to a fair amount of reflection about who he is without his job and responsibilities that have basically defined his life up until this point.
Accordingly, I would love to cultivate CR with:
• Others who've been through similarly traumatic experiences!
• People who might do well with having a kind of big-brother protector type around, and who he in return could eventually be a little protective and found-family about.
• People who will push him to try new things and opportunities! Area man needs to be dragged onto vacation kicking and screaming, etc.
CR YOU DON'T WANT:
I'm not looking for longterm negative CR! Short-term conflict, bickering, IC rudeness, and so on are all fine! However, I'm not in the market for lasting enemies, active persistent dislike, repeated negative encounters, that sort of thing.
PLOTTING & PLANS:
• I'm hoping to use the art gallery, whatever December's plot ends up being, and/or Daan's player plot as a means of making some of his buried backstory elements more visible! Specifically I'm hoping to touch on Ultima Thule and also Lahabrea possessing him (for the canon-familiar).
• He's already gotten the skyslipper back so my next buyback is probably going to be one of his weapons, either his gunblade or his daggers.
• Please give him friends, drinking buddies, workout companions, whatever.
HANDWAVED CR:
• He spends a lot of time at the university, particularly around the gym and athletic facilities! Swimming and the exercise machines are his general preference, though he sometimes shoots hoops for target practice too.
• He's started running more often, so you might see him on foot around the city in the mornings and evenings!
• Pitch me something! I love handwaved CR.
