Welcome to the December OOC Introduction & CR Building post! Use the form below to introduce yourself as well as your character(s) to the others in the game. Note that top levels can be for ALL players, new and existing, regardless of when you were accepted into the game.
Please note that the code can be tailored to your needs - feel free to remove anything you don’t wish to fill out! For example, existing players who do not have a new character for this round are welcome to remove introductory sections if they don't wish to re-introduce themselves and their characters.

CANON POINT: help. At least after Melanite threatened Midnight's life with a gun, she's very based and woke and i believe in her power. (Notably, before Kristen shot a hole in the sky.)

CR YOU WANT: Any! Midnight's lost a few close friends this month, so while he won't out and say anything about it, he is the sort who really thrives on being around other people and will seek out new friends, drinking partners, and people to check on. He's got plenty of people looking out for his welfare now, so I'm mostly looking for people to make his life interesting! (Or, as usual, he'd like to make the lives of others interesting. Midnight is cringe, but he is free.)
CR YOU DON'T WANT: Nothing in particular, but I will say that he still has trouble with people who are too familiar with him from the get-go (as friendly as Midnight is, he's much more comfortable with keeping a certain distance.) If you feel like your character fits this category, but would like to try starting them both off on the right foot, please let me know! This is not CR I'd reject, but it will take a bit of work so he doesn't crawl away from the conversation uncomfortably.
(Also, uh, if your character would like to bone Midnight, please don't hesitate to engage, but if it gets serious, he has somehow gotten himself into a hilariously codependent polycule and your character will have to deal with him having two boyfriends and his boyfriends having boyfriends on top of whatever he has with them. sorry, i don't know how this happened either,)

MY DUDES, THE HOST CLUB IS REAL
The information post for it is not finished, but Seventh Hell Host Club has unofficially opened its doors to friends, patrons, and curious passerby who are wondering what is happening that weirdly lively bar in District 1. Please feel free to handwave threads located at the club or say that your character has heard of it via word of mouth!
I am planning on throwing a New Years' Eve party for Seventh Hell's grand opening! I'll try to have a network announcement for that up in the next week, and a log for it by the end of this month's game plot. It will be a truly informal event, so I can't promise that it will be as lavish as prom or some of the other player-run parties, but the invitation will be open, there will be drinks, and I'm trying to figure out how to rig a karaoke machine in this setting, so hopefully that + the silly host rooms should make for a pretty ok party.
I am currently compiling the list of people who have been in contact about getting their character involved. If I missed your character, please let me know, my notes are a mess and I promise I literally just can't find confirmation for your character. Please note that I WILL be reaching out to the hosts specifically for some information for their blurbs, but otherwise, please assume that as of mid-December, any character mentioned here has had their team onboarding and started their first couple of weeks of work at the bar! Feel free to handwave any relevant CR, or hit me up if you'd like to thread out a pre-grand opening interaction. Every employee personally met Midnight (and Kaveh, probably) for job training, so feel free to ask for a thread for that!

HANDWAVED CR: I am in full thread emancipation mode. Please, if you'd like to put a thread to rest and strike up something new, let me know! I probably need help trying to make sure our CR is in order and progressing in a direction we are both enjoying, so if you would like any specific events or interactions, PLEASE let me know so I can keep it on my radar! Due to my schedule and some RL factors, it's very easy for me to slip off the radar for a week every now and then, so I like to have a game plan so I can keep CR going in between unexpected interruptions in tagging speed.

i'm saving hitting up prom for tomorrow, but midnight will probably accost ethan while mildly drunk and affectionate, so i do hope the poor werewolf is prepared for that 🤧 honestly most of his best cr starts with him being too tipsy to hide the love in his heart so i'm definitely setting them up for success (at the cost of ethan's sanity and will to live, perhaps, but we all must make sacrifices)

I'm fixing to pass out myself, DW is still acting up on me a bit and I'm thoroughly wiped out. Until tomorrow! He's quick on his toes and isn't afraid to flirt right back, though it's mostly done to be playful rather than actually score. Oh man, this CR is going to be a blast. He will begrudgingly throw him over his shoulder like a knapsack if he gets too wasted or peel him away from whatever poor unfortunate soul that has to suffer his inebriated affections. (Hopefully his sacrifice won't soon be forgotten, goodbye cruel world.)

It is! I think it was less DW and more my spotty internet connection, we dropped below freezing that night and the power grid here crashed. Thank you, Texas. hello wando!! i (vaguely) know his deal since i somehow speedran to patch 6.1 in genshin before getting sucked into arknights, so i am very excited to see what we can slap together here :) as long as there's no organic material on wanderer (so no living tissue, no plant material, etc), he shouldn't be affected by oripathy at all, so that's exciting 😌
midnight's incredibly chill most days and will just straight up drag people into adventures with him so honestly... just hit him up if you see him? i'll keep an eye out for wanderer's toplevels, and if you have a specific idea of how they'd run into each other, let me know, but i'm giving you carte blanche to ruin his day, or to let him ruin wanderer's day, or literally anything. stuff them both in a clown car and let them toot around, i truly have no braincells left, please rescue me from midnight honestly
