The woods in the park can be a default creepy if nothing else comes to mind. (also just remembered the event plot post will go up today, which might have good prompts for lvl 11 horror)

I'm up for it if you are, if you just want the chase without the kill. She'd go with trying to physically murder first but if that doesn't work then...other tricks will be attempted (that can be botched as you please).
EDIT bc I just heard some ~news~ involving Peter Graham and if he gets hurt there can surely be aftermath if she finds out. She is slightly (murderously) protective of him, and a vampire biting her fam would get a complete freakout. wouldn't even need the City's possession to go after him. If it goes that way and if she finds out and if you want

It shouldn't be hard at all to determine that Peter's been bitten given he'll have two teeth-sized puncture wounds in his neck, but is there a way for Vanessa to find out Astarion was the culprit after the fact? Would any of her psychic/vampire connection powers be of any help there? If not, we could go for a more direct route—maybe if questioned, Peter would remember enough to give some identifying information about Astarion's appearance. Either way, I'm pumped for this!

If Peter can remember where 'something weird' happened, or the general vicinity of the event, she could be able to sense and view the memory of that place. Something like that would have accrued some dark energy, especially so recently.
Otherwise, it can just be her stalking around the city hoping her demon senses will go off around the right person, and so it could be happenstance that they run into each other and a connection could eventually be made that way, if not immediately.
