man midnight low key trusts no one but oddly enough seeing hiyori's level of inhuman serenity will probably make him trust him more? in the sense that he'll be like... ok, he clearly has lost his mind, but this means at the very least if he stabs me for no reason it will be a complete shock.... that's much safer than midnight normally feels LMAO
