Honestly not sure! I've been playing it as sort of a magical blood poisoning-- ordinarily he'd be able to imbue items with radiant damage via his blood which would be especially bad, but he's currently nerfed from that particular silliness. I'm happy to talk something out if it's a thing you'd like to play with.
